We use proven partners and standards to ensure that your data is safe and secure. Our 24x7 data centers are backed up by Amazon's SAP 70 Type II certified Elastic Cloud computing services and provide reliable, secure and high performing systems. Thus, you can access your data any time and anywhere while others cannot. This gives you assurance that you critical business data is protected and you can remove it any time you like.

All communications from your web-browsers or mobile devices to iBE.net’s servers are encrypted, using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer communications. We also use the added security of user-session “keys”, random texts generated only by authorized users, and use them to make sure every access to iBE.net’s servers is from an approved source. We carry out regular security audits and verifications to ensure our security is up to date and loopholes are closed.

Our first release covering time management, expense management, task management, projects and billing will be free and unlimited. Sign-up now and we guarantee you at least 12 month’s free use of the system.

As we add more modules and industries, towards the end of the year, we will begin charging based upon user role, however our initial customers will benefit from continued free usage.
