Can I manage helpdesk tickets using iBE.net

Managed service providers and anyone supporting clients can use iBE.net to manage their helpdesk and tickets. We support the complete ticket life-cycle and workflow including creation via phone, email or portal, full workflow with service response time tracking and email integration to keep customers informed of status. We do not automatically monitor network equipment we would connect to a network monitoring tool if this is a requirement
