The project funds tab – a tab which tracks how many funds were made available from customer purchase orders, change orders or contract line items – was enhanced to display the total funded and remaining as $ and % at the top, as well as automatically alerting the project leader when the remaining funds fall below a certain % threshold of the total funds. You can also configure alerts based on the total expense cost exceeding a threshold of the total revenue, or when the actual cost exceeds a certain % threshold of the cost budget.
