We are always trying to find new ways to help you keep your business running smoothly. To this end, we have a new solution to support different billing and costing rates for overtime. Setup of overtime requires changes to several system level settings. If you are interested in using Overtime, please contact Customer Management for a walkthrough of the solution. Once setup, employees can select the overtime type in the timesheet. Billing rates are automatically multiplied by the overtime billing ratio, as well as task and project actual costs and revenues factoring in the appropriate billing and cost ratios for time booked to the task.
