# How do I See someone’s Salary History?

## View Salary History

An HR admin. can view your Salary History under MANAGE > HR > PEOPLE. This screen shows:

1. **Date:** Affected date from when the new compensation is revised
2. **Total: **Over all compensation allocated ina year, in other words CTC
3. **Details:** Your over all compensation is breakup into various components like Sales Target, Commission etc.
4. **Old:** Compensation allocated against component
5. **New:** Compensation allocated against component
