In Phase 2 of the Candor Release, we expanded visibility to projects with the introduction of a new, comprehensive Project Dashboard.
While individual project views already included essential KPIs and performance metrics, the new Project Dashboard provides delivery heads with a holistic view across all project deliveries. Its KPIs and visual charts offer deep insights into project status, profitability, and overall delivery health.
