Most projects involve significant expenses, specially in travels, per-diems, mileages etc. While organizations have general expense policies, individual projects may need customized ones. To address this, we’ve added an expense policy feature that allows project managers to define custom rules and validations for project expenses. Project managers can apply multiple business rules to ensure compliance with client SoW agreements. Policy is well supported by project reporting that summarizes expenses by category for effective governance.
