Condor wasn’t just a single release that we shipped. It was an Innovation journey that guided how we designed, built, and improved the solution.
We named this initiative Condor because it represented clarity, Visibility, and transparent thinking. Much like a condor soaring high with a clear view of everything below, Condor aimed to get more insights from the data and enabled teams to do more with it
Throughout the Condor releases, we focused on bringing a broader perspective into the product: unified analytics, clearer dashboards, better visibility, enabling smarter decisions and a user experience designed to surface what truly matters.
Unified Analytics & Insights
Data became more powerful and accessible.
- Introduced the Data & Insights module with interactive dashboards, reports, filters, and PDF/PNG exports.
- Comprehensive Sales Analytics including performance dashboards, product-wise and customer-wise reports, and quarterly growth trends.
- Opportunities at Risk to help sales managers proactively identify and act on deals likely to be delayed or lost.
Project, Delivery & Agile Execution
We improved how teams plan, track, and deliver.
- Launched a portfolio-level Project Dashboard with performance, resource utilization, and profitability insights.
- Introduced a Kanban Board for Projects to support agile workflows with stage-based task views, drag-and-drop updates, and quick identification of bottlenecks.
Billing & Financial Visibility
Financial clarity is now easier and quicker.
- Added a Billing Dashboard with key metrics such as total invoices, billed, paid, outstanding, and overdue amounts, supported by visual charts.
AI, Automation & Productivity
We focused on cutting manual work and speeding up daily tasks.
- AI-powered Documentation Chatbot enabling users to get instant answers by querying product documentation through a chat interface.
- Automated extraction of data leveraging the power of AI from Job Cards / POD PDFs and delivery to relevant teams via well-formatted emails with precise content for invoice updates, reducing manual effort and follow-ups
Personalization & User Experience
A more personal, intuitive, and efficient experience.
- Quick Create toolbar for one-click creation of commonly used documents.
- Minimalist UI refresh for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
- Workflow, inbox, approval, stability, and performance improvements across the platform.
- Introduced Customizable My Dashboard, offering each user a personalized workspace with role-based widgets, KPIs, shortcuts, real-time insights, and drag-and-drop configuration.
