The Skills & Competency application has been enhanced to provide comprehensive tracking of employee and candidate skills, competencies, and certifications. Modern UI/UX Enhancements
We’ve introduced several enhancements to deliver a more intuitive and efficient user experience:
Flexible Navigation: Users can now choose between the new left-side navigation or the traditional top navigation, based on their preferred workspace configuration.
Enhanced Panel Filters: New configurable panel filters have been added across search screens, maximizing available workspace while allowing users to switch between the modern and classic filtering experience.
Redesigned My Dashboard: The My Dashboard experience has been refreshed with modern charts, improved KPI visualizations, and a cleaner interface that aligns with contemporary UI/UX best practices, making key information easier to access at a glance.
