Introducing Phlux: The Next Evolution of Operational Intelligence

Over the past year, it has been impossible to escape conversations about AI. Every week brings a new model, a new tool, or a new prediction about how work will change. While the technology is advancing at an extraordinary pace, I believe many organizations are asking the wrong question.

For services organizations, this distinction matters. Success depends on making hundreds of decisions every day; about customers, projects, resources, profitability, and growth. Most organizations already have access to the data needed to make these decisions. Yet, many still struggle to identify risks early, spot emerging opportunities, or determine where to focus their attention.

Operational intelligence has been at the heart of iBE since the very beginning.
Long before AI became mainstream, we believed that better business outcomes come from connecting information across the entire services lifecycle. This belief shaped the way we built iBE bringing together sales, project delivery, resource management, operations, and financial data within a single platform. That realization led us to the next step in our journey. Today, I am excited to introduce Phlux. Intelligence shouldn’t be something organizations search for. It should be embedded into the way they operate.

For existing iBE customers, Phlux represents the next evolution of the value we have always aimed to deliver. iBE has helped organizations gain visibility across sales, delivery, resources, operations, and financial performance. Phlux builds on that foundation by helping organizations move from visibility to foresight. Instead of relying solely on reports and dashboards to identify issues and opportunities, organizations can benefit from intelligence that continuously highlights what requires attention, what is likely to happen next, and where action can create the greatest impact. The goal is simple: help teams spend less time finding insights and more time acting on them.
