Earlier this year, we hosted an AI and analytics hackathon. This event brought together industry experts, solution designers, and the development community to explore how new technologies can change professional services.

When we started looking into AI use cases for iBE, we had a clear goal: to keep up with the latest technology and provide features that create immediate, meaningful value for users. We wanted AI to be a practical tool that helps users do their day-to-day jobs better, make more informed decisions and take proactive actions.
Tackling User Adoption with AI
User adoption is one of the biggest challenges in any digital transformation journey. Even the best tools only work when users can easily learn, explore, and use them. This insight led us to create our first AI-powered feature: ChatBEE.
Meet ChatBEE: Your AI Assistant Inside iBE
ChatBEE, as we affectionately call our AI assistant, helps users find relevant documentation about iBE applications in seconds. Just ask the question “How do I create a project?” or “How do I claim expenses?” or “Where can I manage billing?” and ChatBEE will quickly direct you to the most relevant article or help topic. It’s fast, easy to use, and designed to make learning the product simple.
How it works
Built with contextual search and natural language understanding, the AI Help Assistant looks at your request, figures out the intent, and connects it to the right section in the iBE knowledge base. It learns from actual user queries, so its accuracy and relevance get better over time.
Impact
ChatBEE enables natural language interaction with iBE’s documentation. This means users can get guidance on how to use the product anytime they need, without breaking their workflow.
This leads to faster onboarding, better user adoption, and greater workforce flexibility.
Future of ChatBEE
ChatBEE is helping users understand features, and adopt the product with ease. Very soon it will also carry out routine administrative tasks with ease like creating time and expenses, project milestones. It will also discover answers to many business data related queries like “Show me productivity of the team in the last quarter” or “What were my project’s last month expenses?” and unlock data insights
Just the Beginning
The potential for AI is vast, we’ve only just started to bring them to production. From automatically reading receipts for expense claims, utilization forecasting, finding task anomalies to calculating risks in opportunities and predicting future sales, we plan to bring intelligence to every part of the iBE experience.
