Accessing the Activities Tab
Navigate to the Activities tab in the selected opportunity. From here, you can create, view, and track all sales activities linked to the opportunity.

Adding or Removing Activities
Click on “Click here to add activity”. Use the “+” icon to add a new activity or the “-” icon to remove an activity from the list.

Recording Activity Details
For each activity line item, you can record details such as activity type, description, due date, progress, and status, making it easier to track timelines and follow-ups.

Types of Activities
Activities can include a wide range of tasks, such as:
- Phone calls with prospects or customers
- Email follow-ups to share proposals, quotations, or updates
- Meetings with stakeholders, either online or in person
- Product demonstrations or presentations
- Follow-up reminders for contract signing or renewals

Uploading Supporting Documents
Supporting documents such as presentations, contracts, or notes can be uploaded or removed directly from the Files column of each activity. This ensures all relevant material is available for reference.

Pending Activities on Dashboard
Any pending activities will automatically appear as active tasks in the assigned resource’s dashboard. This helps sales representatives and managers stay on top of their to-do lists without missing deadlines.
