View Salary History #
An HR admin. can view your Salary History under MANAGE > HR > PEOPLE. This screen shows:
- Date: Affected date from when the new compensation is revised
- Total: Over all compensation allocated ina year, in other words CTC
- Details: Your over all compensation is breakup into various components like Sales Target, Commission etc.
- Old: Compensation allocated against component
- New: Compensation allocated against component
