View Salary History #

An HR admin. can view your Salary History under MANAGE > HR > PEOPLE. This screen shows:

Date: Affected date from when the new compensation is revised
Total: Over all compensation allocated ina year, in other words CTC
Details: Your over all compensation is breakup into various components like Sales Target, Commission etc.
Old: Compensation allocated against component
New: Compensation allocated against component
