Explains what you can track in iBE's human resources module
Key Employee/Contractor Information #
You can keep track of the following information about your people in iBE:
- Personal data such as name, date of birth, tax ID, nationality, email, phone, address and so on
- Dependents and emergency contacts
- Work permits, passports, visa and other official IDs and memberships
- Work schedule or shift information including work-times and time capture method
- Job related data such as hire, probation or termination dates, job title and level, target utilization, billing rate, EEO information and so on
- Skills and certifications
- Prior work history, background checks and references
- Current work assignments or projects (including project-specific rates of pay)
- Reporting relationships including supervisor, manager and mentor
- Time-off rules and balances for employees including ACA compliance or union affiliations
- Specific contractor information such as company, payment terms and contracts
- Compensation including detailed breakdown of hourly, daily, weekly or annual compensation components such as regular pay, overtime, allowances and commissions
- Total direct and direct+indirect standard cost, expense reimbursement currency and method (via payroll or not)
- Salary history and general history of updates and date effective versions *
- Benefits and voluntary deductions
- Bank details
- Comments and files including sensitive documents
Note * : all changes to employees or contractors in iBE are version tracked and can be effective from dates in the past or future
Job or Position Information #
You can keep track of the following information about your jobs or positions in iBE:
- Key information such as start/end dates, reporting relationships, location and planned/staffed headcount
- Expected compensation, benefits and work-time details
- Positions represent individual roles or “slots” within a job and can be provisionally or firmly assigned one or more candidates or employees. You can keep track of candidate staffing status for each candidate & position
- iBE authorizations associated with a job including apps and menus accessible, and access to tab, tables or fields
Job/position details are copied into the employee when a position is assigned.
